Fargo Location Seeks Clinic Coordinator

Pediatric Partners Neurobehavioral Health Clinic -Fargo is seeking an experienced Clinic Coordinator with a background in healthcare management and administration.  If you are an experienced professional who has a passion for leading an amazing team of professionals and looking for a rewarding career in a fast-paced growing practice we want, you to lead our Fargo team.

The ideal candidate for this full-time salaried position has at least 2-3 years of experience in a health care management or supervisory role, holds a bachelor or master’s degree in management or administration, and/or is a licensed professional in mental health, psychology, occupational, or speech.

The Clinic Coordinator will oversee the day to day medical operations of the clinic and our staff of over 20 licensed professionals.  They will be involved with all other aspects of the clinic including billing, marketing, and human resources.  They will be responsible to create and implement new strategies to enhance patient care and improve our overall practice in a team approach.

Neurobehavioral Health Clinic offers outpatient therapy in a unique fashion that both patients and therapists love: in our treatment facility as well as visiting patients in their home, daycare, or wherever in the community is most beneficial for their treatment plan.

Fargo Location Seeks Office Assistant

Our Fargo clinic is looking to fill a full-time office position. If you are detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and are looking for a supportive environment where you know you're making a positive difference in children's lives, we want you on our team.

The ideal candidate would have a high school diploma and preference will be given to those with prior office experience, specifically with Medical Records.  Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, possess good written and communication skills and have knowledge with Microsoft Office 365. Tasks include answering multi-line phone lines, patient check in, data entry, light housekeeping, and working with electronic medical records.  Hours are 9am-6:30pm Mon-Thurs and 9am-3:30pm Fri.

If you are detail-oriented, possess excellent organizational skills, and are looking for a supportive environment where you know you’re making a positive difference in children’s lives, we want you on our team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience in patient medical billing, patient financial services and knowledge of QuickBooks or related accounting software OR an associate’s degree in Health Information Technology/Medical Billing; and of course, have the highest customer service skills to offer our patients and families.

Fargo location Seeks Screen Coordinator

Early Intervention Partners is seeking a full-time Screen Coordinator. Applicant will be responsible for administering the Ages and Stages Questionnaire to children ages birth to 5 ½ years old, doing observations on children of all ages, and making appropriate referrals when necessary.

A degree in Child Development or a related field is required. Basic computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook required. Must have excellent communication and organizational skills, be a self-starter, and have the ability to multi-task.
