Fargo Location Seeks Human Resources Specialist

Pediatric Partners is now hiring a Human Resources Specialist to assist with the new employees at our Fargo and Bismarck locations.  The Human Resource Specialist duties will include conducting orientation, managing employment records, processing paperwork and informing employees about job duties, benefits and policies. Responsibilities will also include using data and cost analyses to compare and research compensation and benefit plans and prepare reports summarizing the research and analysis.

 Successful candidates will be organized, detail-oriented, have strong communication skills, be proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, insurance, benefits,understand the ins-and-outs of FMLA, and have a solid understanding of federal and state employment laws. 

 The ideal candidate will have acquired a minimum of a Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Art Degree, have at least five years of experience in HR or a related field, and be a self-starter who can multi-task with the best of them.

The ideal candidate would provide treatments for adolescents including cognitive and behavioral interventions mood, behavioral problems, and anxiety disorders with a special interest in generalized anxiety, social anxiety, separation anxiety, depression, panic, phobias, obsessive compulsive disorder, and post-traumatic stress.

Fargo Location Seeks Clinic Coordinator

Pediatric Partners Neurobehavioral Health Clinic -Fargo is seeking an experienced Clinic Coordinator with a background in healthcare management and administration.  If you are an experienced professional who has a passion for leading an amazing team of professionals and looking for a rewarding career in a fast-paced growing practice we want, you to lead our Fargo team.

The ideal candidate for this full-time salaried position has at least 2-3 years of experience in a health care management or supervisory role, holds a bachelor or master’s degree in management or administration, and/or is a licensed professional in mental health, psychology, occupational, or speech.

The Clinic Coordinator will oversee the day to day medical operations of the clinic and our staff of over 20 licensed professionals.  They will be involved with all other aspects of the clinic including billing, marketing, and human resources.  They will be responsible to create and implement new strategies to enhance patient care and improve our overall practice in a team approach.

Neurobehavioral Health Clinic offers outpatient therapy in a unique fashion that both patients and therapists love: in our treatment facility as well as visiting patients in their home, daycare, or wherever in the community is most beneficial for their treatment plan.

Fargo Location Seeks Office Assistant

Our Fargo clinic is looking to fill a full-time office position. If you are detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and are looking for a supportive environment where you know you're making a positive difference in children's lives, we want you on our team.

The ideal candidate would have a high school diploma and preference will be given to those with prior medical office experience.  Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, with good written and verbal skills and have knowledge with Microsoft Office 365. Tasks include answering multi-line phone lines, appointment scheduling,  patient check-in, data entry, working with electronic medical records, light housekeeping, and being a team player. Hours are Monday- Thursday 10:00 am – 6:30 pm and Fridays 9:00 am – 5:30 pm.  No holidays or weekends.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills for working with families and presenting information; excellent knowledge of child development to recognize typical development as well as red flags; a strong work ethic; enjoy variety in your day; and have a passion for empowering children and families to reach their full potential!

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in early childhood special education is required, as well as a North Dakota teaching license. Travel in a five-county area to the child’s home is required. Mileage and drive time are covered.
