Speech-Language Pathologist - Fargo AND Bismarck

Mileage is included and drive time is paid for home visits.

Speech-Language Pathologist Manager - Fargo AND Bismarck

Pediatric Partners has an exciting new opportunity at our Fargo and Bismarck locations.  We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) Manager.

Pediatric Partners offers outpatient therapy in a unique fashion that both patients and therapists love: in our new treatment facility as well as visiting patients in their home, daycare, or wherever in the community is most beneficial for their treatment plan. Our state-of-the-art clinic offers private treatment rooms, observation rooms for parents, a climbing wall, sensory and motor gyms.

The SLP Manager would oversee our team of highly qualified SLP’s under direction of the Director of Therapy.  The SLP Manager ensures the therapy team is fulfilling goals set forth by Pediatric Partners to provide the highest quality medical services.

SLP Manager responsibilities:

  • Drives Pediatric Partners therapy goals, policies, structures, and processes which support the therapy teams in patient care
  • Manages new and current patient care assignments to team members
  • Interviews potential team members and recommends hiring to Director of Therapy
  • Oversees therapy team, including yet not limited to therapists and students/interns, with scheduling, caseload, training and support
  • Leads strategic hiring efforts for the therapist teams with recruiting to maintain processes and compliance.
  • Audits therapist billing process
  • Approves payroll for therapy team including PTO to ensure appropriate coverage
  • Completes performance management for team including reviews, goal setting/incentives, Verbal Warnings, Performance Improvement Plans
  • Drives engagement for team by holding team meetings/communicating Pediatric Partners mission
  • Recommends equipment purchasing to Director of Therapy
  • Mentors and develops therapy team

The ideal candidate for this full-time position has the following:

  • Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with two years clinical experience
  • Solid understanding of patient care
  • Understands the insurance system for appropriate billing
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must have advanced technical skills with EMR, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and working knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Outlook

Early Interventionist - Fargo

Pediatric Partners Early Intervention in Fargo is seeking a full-time Early Interventionist. The Early Interventionist works with children from birth to 36 months of age. Early Intervention is a home-based, family-focused service that provides information, support, and training for families to assist them in meeting their child’s needs.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills for working with families and presenting information; excellent knowledge of child development to recognize typical development as well as red flags; a strong work ethic; enjoy variety in your day; and have a passion for empowering children and families to reach their full potential!

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in early childhood special education with a valid North Dakota teaching license or a licensed Occupational Therapist or Speech-Language Pathologist is required.  Travel in a five-county area to the child’s home is required. Mileage and drive time are covered.

Mental Health Coordinator - Bismarck

If you are an experienced professional who has a passion for leading and are looking for a rewarding career where you can help improve the lives of children, we want you to lead our Bismarck Mental Health team! 

Qualified applicants must hold a valid Clinical Psychologist license, LPCC license, or LICSW license in North Dakota. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience providing counseling or treatment to children and enjoy working with their families. The Mental Health Coordinator will oversee our Mental Health team, and opportunities may be available to provide direct patient care as well.  They will be responsible to create and implement new strategies to enhance patient care and improve our overall practice in a team approach.  They will be part of the management team and report directly to and work closely with the Clinic Coordinator.
