There are many challenges that arise when you are a parent! As a parent you may find yourself challenged with trusting your instincts- that you are doing what is best for your child. The team of professionals at Pediatric Partners Neurobehavioral Health will provide you with the knowledge and tools to empower you to address the wide range of issues that you are challenged with while interacting with children.  This presentation will educate and train each participant with strategies and approaches to use with children that struggle often.  If you are a parent, caregiver, or professional this presentation will be benefit you in becoming more confident of knowing what is best for your child!

8:30-9:30AM Dr. Justin Boseck
Who we are and what we do at Pediatric Partners Neurobehavioral Health. Dr. Boseck will address what neuropsychology testing looks like, and how it benefits the child and family.

9:30-11:00AM Susan Schneider
Susan will talk about what to look for if your child struggling with sensory input and what you can do to help.

11:00AM-12:00PM Jamie Anderson
Jamie will address strategies to discipline our child and how to raise them to be emotionally healthy; and how to modify your current approach if you are facing issues with your child.

12:00-1:00PM Lunch on your own

1:00-2:25PM Danielle Olson
Danielle will discuss appropriate social development, she will also address how to know if your child is struggling, and what you as a parent/caregiver can do to help.

2:40PM-4:00PM Dr. Mary Collins
Dr. Collins will talk about what the motivators are to behavior and how identifying them can help change negative behavior. She will address what the components are in a behavior plan that make it effective and how to tell if a behavior is working with your child.
